Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Loop Social Social ("the app"), a private social-media management dashboard operated by Loop Social. By connecting an account and using the app, you agree to these terms.

Use of the service

The app is provided to view analytics and publish content for social accounts that you own or are authorised to manage. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in compliance with the terms and policies of each connected platform, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and Google.

Account connections

You are responsible for the accounts you connect and for the content you choose to publish through the app. You may disconnect any account at any time from that platform's app settings, which immediately revokes the app's access.

Platform data

All platform data displayed in the app is retrieved through the platforms' official APIs and remains subject to those platforms' own terms. We display it only to authorised members of the Loop Social team.

Availability & liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for interruptions caused by platform API changes, downtime, or revoked permissions. We may update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
